Healthy Living Journal: Week 27

I've been working so hard to be that girl again that I didn't realize that I don't need to be that girl again. But I've been too stuck in the past to even see it. I haven't been moving forward and that's what I need to do.

Love Yourself

Love yourself. Have respect for yourself. Be confident. Let others love you. Appreciate what you have and where you are in life. And, don't be sad about the past. Be proud that it helped you be who you are. And, of course, if you're not happy with who you are then work to be happy. Do whatever it takes. It might seem like a long journey (ugh I hate that word!), but it's so worth it in the end.
