For Regular Orders

Here’s how we work refunds, exchanges, and so on for regular orders:

>You may cancel your order and be refunded the full price within 24 hours of your purchase or until we have begun working on your order (whichever comes first). If 24 hours has passed, you may be able to receive store credit or a partial refund.

>If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, we would be happy to offer a refund or exchange.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

>To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

>Downloadable products cannot be returned.

>Refunds will be processed only once the item(s) have been received.

>We work to be sure that all items are packaged with care, but if somehow your product is damaged please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your item and we’ll fix it.

>Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For Custom Orders

Here’s how we work refunds, exchanges, and so on for special/custom orders:

>You may cancel your order and be refunded the full price within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, production on the item will have started and unfortunately we cannot offer a refund at that time. We're happy to give store credit or work with you on a new item. You may also use the store credit at a later time.

>If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, we would be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we cannot offer a refund, but only an exchange on custom orders.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange.

>To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges will be processed only once the item(s) have been received.
