Read Holl & Lane Magazine: A Review of Sorts

Holl & LaneIf you follow me on Twitter (or Instagram or Facebook or I guess anywhere really), you probably have noticed 994 Tweets mentioning Holl & Lane Magazine. You've also likely noticed my two features (here and here) that were in issues 1 and 2 of the magazine. And I realized the other day that I don't think I really talked about the magazine as a whole. So I'd like to present to you my unofficial official review of Holl & Lane.

Holl & Lane is a digital lifestyle magazine. And before you think, "not another lifestyle magazine!" I'm here to tell you that it's not just another lifestyle magazine.

Granted I know that my opinion sounds very biased since I obviously write for the magazine and help out with the social media. But, that's actually why I write for it and help out with it. I do it because it's not like all of the other magazines out there. And I love being a part of something so amazing.

Holl & Lane was started by the wonderfully talented Sarah Hartley who always dreamed of running a magazine. She also has a kick ass blog that you should probably check out as well.

Sarah's passion definitely shines through each and every page of the magazine. From the quotes to the stories to the images. You can really tell how much heart and soul she puts into each and every page. And I think that's what makes the magazine different. That's what makes it so great.

The magazine features life stories from real life people. It's not just how to find $10,000 sunglasses for $1 (though I'm sure someone would share that in there if it was possible). And it's not all wear this shirt with this pants (though you should totally check out the spread on neon colors as a fashion. I almost stopped wearing black for it. Really). It's real stories you guys. About real things. Different things. Things you don't see everywhere else. No fluff. Just realness (that's totally a word, right?).

The magazine is currently published every two months on the first of the months. You can check out issue 1 and 2 by clicking this link. You can also purchase a hard copy of the magazine there as well.

And be on the lookout for the next issue and a special holiday issue as well!
